I just got back from my lawyer - I told him I *am* guilty of the speeding (I have never understood any excuses for that - I pleaded guilty the last time too, 3 yrs ago) but not the tailgating and NOT AT ALL for the tints, in all probability there should be a happy ending he says, says he can probably take care of it all leaving me with a couple of points that will go with defensive driving. Time shall tell. He asked me to take off my current tints and hand him some pictures.
