My guess is the officer didn't write you up for the front lights because she didn't really think there was anything illegal about them... she might have thought that at first but after a little more thought it becomes apparent that it's terribly unclear.  |
Soooo, it almost sounds like for "general illumination ahead of the vehicle", the number is 4, but that still doesn't address the definition of "a light" -- example, is a bar of LEDs that are in a group count as a light OR is each individual BULB count as a light..........
