This is a large-mouth bass son. Ain't no guppies here.

Let it sit in the sun then do the fishing line thing. Then use Goo-Gone. DO NOT use a lot of pressure with the Goo-Gone. Let it melt the gunk on its own or your paint will be fubarred.
