they don't. and our OEM **** locks are the worst. They only stop honest people. Its easy to get them off with bolt with reverse teeth that slice right into the lock to grip it and turn it as if it wasn't even there.

The only ones i've seen that seem to be impossible to get off are called "black top wheel locks"

Unfortunately they are only made for german spec wheel bolts/lug nuts. Are there any lug nuts out there that would essentially have the bolt head size of the german style bolts but would fit on our Japanese cars? I emailed the company that sells these to ask, but if anyone else knows please shed some light. It seems like these wheel locks could actually do what they are advertised and make it impossible to get the wheel off.
