Not really. The only risk is in blowing out your torque converter, which being filled with fluid, is not friction-based as in a manual clutch. You can't wear out fluid, but being too agressive could overpressurize the tc, causing internal damage and/or blown gaskets. It would take an awful lot of abuse to do this.This is also why hydrualic autos tend to be more durable and handle more power.

Wear and tear is a concern for the 6MT clutch, not so much with the 7AT.
