I'd say the whole d/l + install took about an hour. I was very shocked that it took so long. But once it was all done I went through and no big features really stood out. Unified mailbox seem ok but I was baffled as to why I couldn't changed the Home screen wallpaper. That seemed like that should have been included for the 3G but I guess not. The zoom feature for the camera is a joke. I didn't really bother too much w/ that. Oh well, bring on my new iPhone 4.
I downloaded it too. I didn't really want to lose my jailbreak, but since I have the 4 on order I figured I should start learning about the new features. I already miss the SBS settings. I read somewhere that the 3G wasn't able to render all of the icons as well as the homescreen wallpaper properly. Overall it seems pretty nice, but it's taking some time to get used to it.
