and it's quite annoying at some times (especially in announcement threads). I can only imagine how frustrating it can be for a vendor to go through all these various conversations . We ALL know that NO SHOP is perfect. Every shop has a story or incident that posted on some forum (and this forum). We all know these stories. I say lets move forward and stop bringing these old stories into "Announcement threads".

. As I have said above, there's stories about EVERY shop. In these kind of automotive business (TT/SC install shops), it's quite impossible to go without having one. It's probably the best idea to
keep the thread on topic and keep the arguments via pm/email (or at least out of announcement threads).
