Alan..Congrats and thank you for your business. It has been a long 2 - 3 months wait for the exact Z you want but it's well worth it. Sucks that I didn't get a chance to meet you in person as well. I'll probably see you when you come back for your first free service. Customer service is our # 1 priority and if anyone mis treated you pm me and believe me it will be handle in a professional manner. Regarding the keychain and mug I can mail it to your house.
