Thanks for clearing that up! The Nismo and
Nismo S-Tune are totally different! The price of the Nismo exhaust that you're being offered is as stated before a good deal, though the performance and sound gains are noticeable the cost can be put toward another exhaust with more substantial gains. But if you're looking for a bolt on and play light mod I'd do it, it's a good deal, sounds like being at the right place at the right time
