Check for leaks. One of the flare connections may have been overtightened damaging the connection, or it was undertightened and is leaking. Either way you should feel "wetness" around that connection when you touch it. Worse he could of overtightened the bleeder screw, but you can usually correct this with some thread sealant like the kind used on speed bleeders.
