You're probably fine (curiously, the owners manual suggests that some light knock under load going up hills is to be expected -- guess they have a good scalar map for knock or the pistons have meaty enough ringlands to not be an issue).

If it feels smooth under load and AFR's are stable (did they lean you out? I understand the OEM tune is quite rich!), I wouldn't worry too much about it.
