you really need to look at the spring rates, linear or progressive, and amount of drop, amount of bumpstop you cut or replace, and your wheel's offsets (wheel rate) to get a sense of what to expect.
on that note (i dont plan on lowering my Z with lowering springs but) what is the spring rates of the stock springs? that is where i would start the search if i was looking for springs.
