I never recommend swapping out OE tires since they are the cream of the crop for uniformity. It is common practice in the industry to send the best uniformity tires to OE and rest are down streamed for consumer sale. If the tire line is not designed for OE use, then chances are better for after market uniformity since the best aren't sent to the OE customer. Having said that, there are some non OE tires that are better trade offs for traction and treadwear since rolling resistance isn't a top requirement for acceptance.

Bridgestones will be left on car until worn out.
