for the bumper friction sound i usually use some EZ felt and apply thin double stick tape to it and sandwich between the 2 materials.

For the visor i would probably just mound a little peice of hard plastic on the visor (something like 5mm or smaller) to isolate the visor from the ceiling. id use sticky tape. might even look at mounting a clip-on BT speaker thingie too just to give it some weight.

not sure about the wind noise, but i would remove the seal completely off the window frame and mount it back on and see if it helps.
