Annoying creaking sounds
Lately, my 370 has been making annoying creaking sounds when I drive. I have figured out where two of them are coming from, and was wondering if anyone else is experience them and/or has some advice on possibly alleviating them.
The biggest one is a really loud creak, like old hardwood floorboards, coming from the trunk. I opened it up, and it's the corner of the back bumper where it meets the left back light. It makes this sound whenever something presses down on it, but the right side does not. Basically, when the temp is hot and the materials of the inside of the trunk expand, it causes this creak from the vibrations of driving on the road. So far, this sound does not happen when it is cool, and the right side does not make it at all.
The second sound is from the driver's side sun visor. If its flipped up, it seems to vibrate against the roof of the car. I can stop this by flipping it down just a tad, but its annoying having it in my face all the time.
Finally, and this is the one I don't think I stand a chance at stopping, is the sound of wind blowing in on the passenger side. I haven't figured out exactly where this is coming from, but its not from the window being opened a crack or the door not being shut completely. There's no loose rubber pieces.
So there are my three problems. My car is 15 months old, so I realize these things are going to happen with time, but I still wanted to know if anyone had a quick fix for any of them; particularly the trunk sound, because it's really loud.
