I have the same problem with Bluetooth and loading contacts. I have entered some contacts, not using Bluetooth, but using the voice command feature of the Z. Officially the Palm Pre is not compatable with the Z. Meaning Bluetooth kind of works kind of doesn't. You can make and receive calls using Bluetooth. Check this Nissan Link.
