There's your problem right there... You're assuming that the person you're talking to is intelligent and will get the point. But you can't be that naive... You have to expect the person is a complete re re and will respond back simply because you told them Not to. By changing this message to "Feel free to respond with any comments you might have! " In their mind that means they have to:

1. Click the 'Reply' button
2. Come up with a decent response
3. Type said response
4. Re-read their writing to make sure they don't sound like a re re.
5. Ignore the spell check function
6. Click send

All in all it means they have to WORK. People are lazy and frown upon exerting themselves. So if you in fact promote them to act, they will in turn shun these emails and turn them off to prevent having to log on simply to delete them.

Problem solved.
