These work very well with coilovers.. and springs. Sway bars correct rolling of the vehicle, balancing. It's improving a different aspect of handling than the coilovers or lowering springs.

Install is 1 hr ($99).. urethane bushings stiffen things up a bit vs. the rubber bushings which can flex as vehicles get older. Older urethane bushings would squeak if not super-lubed, but the newer Energy Suspension bushings have some channels designed to hold lubrication in place to combat that.
