Yeap most likely is old, I just didn't read the whole article. Just saw the 1 July 2010 effective date. I knew it was deemed unconstitutional before, but this damn state will do anything to fck you good.
However, my comment still stands, this state SUCKS!!!!

A person shall be guilty of reckless driving who fails to give adequate and timely signals of intention to turn, partly turn, slow down, or stop, as required by Article 6 (§ 46.2-848 et seq.) of this chapter.
