I recently got the Motorola Droid and I almost wish I would have waited for the incredible. The other two you list aren't really contenders IMO. The only down side to the incredible vs. a regular Droid is no physical keyboard -- I find it handy, others may say bleh, and the fact that it runs a customized version of Android so you have to wait longer for updates. On the plus side, it runs a customized version of Android and it looks sweet, faster processor -- though the droid can safely be overclocked to match the speed if you root it, and more built in memory.
