Use some high strength soap like Dawn dish-soap to remove the grease and reseal the seat with leather conditioners after it drys.

If that fails to remove the stains, use Toluene to remove the grease, wash with soap to remove the Toluene and reseal the leather with conditioners.

Don't let it sit too long otherwise the grease will work into the pores and fabric of the seat and it will be more difficult to remove.
