Many people over 6' fit COMFORTABLY.

"Let you break it down for me"? Break what down? My roommate at 6'2 -6'3 DID NOT sit COMFORTABLY in an S2K. The S2K wasn't designed to
accommodate large / tall American body’s period. The perfect physique for an S2K is around 5'8-5'9 and 150lbs or so. People as big as my roommate (6’3 @220+lbs) don't fit well in S2K's with the top up no matter how hard you try. It was hilarious looking at my roommate driving that thing (S2K)! He just looked so retarded in that little roadster!
