You have an unbelievable ability to rationalize this decision (and the numbers). Face it, they sold you the vette at $3000 more than you could have bought it elsewhere, and gave you $26,500 (wholesale, actual cash value for your Z). Doesn't matter how you play with the numbers, those are the facts. Your upsidedownness is what got you in trouble. Compounding that with another purchase is a fools game........
The dealer's profit on that deal (including the warranty) was around $5,000+, Plus his finance kickbacks, Plus another $3500 if he sells your Z for $30K (about what it's worth retail). In the car Biz, they call that a "Home Run"....right Lou?
