Unless you have an unlimited warranty, there will come a time where YOU have to pay for repairs when things start to fail. 300 miles is probably 7-10 test drives, and I'm sure that at least one of those guys/girls beat the crap out of that thing (probably with the engine cold). I just wouldn't want to take the chance that a few years later there are going to be major issues with the car.

I doubt 60,000 miles down the road they will be able to connect anything to previous test drives 5 years or more earlier. Driving in traffic every day will destroy your engine more than a couple test drives.
