If Nissan has some snazzy 'incorporated automatic' fog light in the headlight assembly, we would have heard all about it.

Second, fog lights by design need to be low to the ground to illuminate below the fog layer and minimize reflection into the driver's eyes. A 'fog' light in the regular headlight assembly is called a headlight.
