Not sure when the 2010 will come out, the 09 NISMO & Roadster were just announced and will be for sale this summer, Nissan may wait until later in the year to launch a new car because I am sure they want to keep the light on the Roaders, and NISMOs for those who want them.
I would go back and say, I can get invoice else where, and see what they do. My sales guy was like, ok, but then he started to come up on the price of my trade in very quickly. He keeps the price of the car up, so he looks better, and passes it onto the used sales guy then.

Yeah when I got back to the dealership with the car after having it for a few hours, and I told them I've decided against buying it for now, the general manager comes walking out with a handshake and smile and pulls me into his offers and then offers me $2000 more on my car trade-in. That puts the bottom line at a better deal for sure. Almost too hard to pass up, ya know?
The dealer told me they were making $800 over invoice on this deal, so sounds like they actually might have been honest about that.
The car already had 200+ miles on it when I drove it and the stick would shake/vibrate at idle (is this normal?).. and gently taking off in 1st gear felt a little rough.. Combination of the car feeling like it was romped on a lot (hell, even I got it close to red line a few times on the test drive) kind of turned me off with this specific car. I probably would have pulled the trigger in a heart beat had they had a 370Z in the back with the plastic all over the car still for the same price.
