Zeester, I'm going to go out on a whim here and say you should have installed it with more than 4 screws. If you spaced the screws out along the bumper, you should have a more secure and snug fit. As good as the 3M tape is, I don't consider it a replacement for the secure fit a screw can provide.

Maybe I missed it, and I certainly can't tell from the pictures, but is the spoiler simply too far from the bumper? If that's the case, then I'll agree that there are fitment issues.
