Default Comfort Lowering Springs?

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction based on personal experience. I'm looking to drop the car, with lowering springs. My previous car had Eibach springs, and I did not enjoy the ride comfort of them, although they improved handling a lot. For the Z I'm looking for springs that are as comfortable to drive in as the OEM suspension, as I'm pretty happy with it... I just really hate the wheel gap. Can anyone suggest from their own experience which springs don't stiffen up the ride too much?

I live in NYC, so I'm trying to avoid making the ride anymore harsher than it already is.
