Okay so I had my surgery in the morning today (1045 am). It actually took them at least 2 hours+. Oral surgeon asked me that why go through the same process again for the upper teeth. He suggested all 4 wisdom teeth (instead of lower 2 as I have initially planned). I agreed. I loved the "put-to-the sleep" part. I was talking to him and bam! I'm out! Anesthesia FTW!
I came home around 130 pm. I could barely balance myself. It was the weirdest feeling.
Bad things:
A lot of bleeding from the sites. I have thrown away at least 20-30 gauges full of blood (there's still one gauge in my mouth). Even after 5 hours, it's still bleeding from the left side
. My dad just bought me some more gauges.
I haven't eaten anything since last night. I tried a little bit of ice cream before taking meds but only a little bit. I can't drink anything either because after I drink the bleeding increases. I am going to try out the teabag method in about 15 minutes and see if that works
.

If the bleeding seems to persist, a slightly moistened tea bag can be a very effective substitute for gauze. One of the components of tea (black tea, the regular stuff you would make iced tea from) is tannic acid. Tannic acid can aid in the formation of blood clots and this technique can be very effective. (Same instructions as above, just substitute the tea bag for the gauze.)

Since I don't take meds normally, pain meds are working wonderfully! That's probably the only
+ news right now. I really want to eat like soup or something healthy(def liquid) as I'm hungry and thirsty. Me losing blood + not able to eat or drink = bad combo
.
