The FM says:
The VDC OFF switch is used to turn off the VDC system. The VDC off indicator illuminates to indicate the VDC system is off. He said he knows how to turn off VDC, but traction control stays on.
To kill the traction control you have to open up your mid-console and rip out a Bosch modulator. That's not in the FM...
