Keep in mind that the NISMO doesn't stack onto what the touring models have. This one works up from the base with sports package (cloth seats, stereo, SRM). I'd figure that the MSRP would range at approximately the same as the original NISMO; the reason is because of sales and exclusiveness. They know if its anything past 41k, then people would much prefer to get a fully loaded touring, but if its within the ballpark of a touring + sports 370z, then it's at it's competitive pricing. You can't add nav, leather, etc. so who else would pay that much for a track car ?
