When purchasing a car or anything of value, you should ALWAYS be prepared to walk away. Without that you've just set yourself up for major heartache and problems. That said, I would go directly to the sales manager and get it straight from his mouth his explanation and then go from there because they didn't "accidentally" sell your car. They likely got someone willing to pay more for it, and you got the shaft. Why do they deserve your business after that? I'd walk away a happy person and take my hard earned money elsewhere, period! When dealing with major cash purchases like this, emotional attatchments should never make walking away not an option. You have given up any leverage you would have. All said, I hope for the best outcome for you. Maybe someone among the dealers on here can give you a much better deal and with real customer service.
