Hit up the forum dealers. Since you are hesitant to walk away I think it's early to discuss any possible legal answers. To be honest, if it was me, yeah I would be very upset but I'd find another Z, maybe a different color. I'm not sure exactly what your specific order included but I don't see how it would vary greatly in any major areas other than color.
