i recommend you get the adapter from nissan or cut a little slit down a hocky puck so that you can rest the car's jack points correctly without putting all the weight on the rails that run down the side of the car.

down load the service manual and it will show you how to jack up the car correctly.

btw, i have a similar jack stand (as in the top part where it comes in contact with the car)
which enables to get the car on a flat adapter without issues.

mine is a Griot's one that's been discontinued for a while...
