Has anyone used this stuff before?

Amazon.com: Mothers 05924 Foaming All Wheel & Tire Cleaner - 24 Fl.oz: Automotive

If so, how is it? I'm getting tired of scrub washing the tires and wheels and then gelling them afterward. Would this be a good substitute?
