Although I didn't get a 100% guarantee, I really appreciated his honesty...It does suck a lot to wait and go through all this, but I have noticed that Berks has improved in their response time with updates...Within the past three days that I sent emails, I received quick responses from them or Mike Bonnani...and they're just telling it like it is...It sounds like they're trying to improve on their communication issues with their customers which despite all of these past problems deserves a

Hopefully all these issues that they're going through will be resolved in the future for the next customers who choose to go with Berk...After all, like the saying goes "What makes a man better is a man who realizes his mistakes and learns from it."
