Default 2009 vs 2010 Pricing

I'm in the market for a new 370Z. Right now the 2010s with Sport have a sticker of roughly $43000 + Freight/PDI ($1550) + Tax. I've found a few 2009s for $40000 (Freight/PDI included) + Tax. Of course these are all Canadian prices.

From what I understand there are only really three differences between 2009 and 2010 with them being heated side mirrors, interior air filter, and the cargo cover. What would you price these at? Is it worth it to go with a 2010 or save the money (which would be more than $3000 as I'd imagine the dealer would want to get the car off their lot sooner rather than later)? I live in a colder climate (Calgary) and the winters are cold so, though not imperative, heated side mirrors would be handy. I'm not sure if I would miss an interior air filter and a cargo cover.

Also, are there any issues or problems that appear in the 2009 model of the car as apposed to the 2010? I know there is a noise issue but has Nissan tried to fix it between the model years?

Again, I'm just trying to gauge whether it's worth the extra money to go with the 2010 or try and get a good deal on a 2009. Thanks for any help!
