That is what I thought too,...but my mechanic said at the time to raise it up...Just thought that maybe doing so would compress the spring or something but I kinda knew that KW's do not have a preload adjustment..

Thanks for confirming and will work on it when I get home tonight..
I know that going from setting 8 to 10 on the rebound (top adjuster) made the ride less jittery on uneven surfaces for some reason...I would think stiffer = more worse on rippled surfaces....

Dont know how to get to the top adjust on the rear yet...couldnt get the interior panel off. Ill figure it out later...
