One is the S-Tune, which is the aftermarket one available from Nissan dealerships, and the other is the OEM exhaust that comes on the USDM Nismo cars. The latter exhaust is a better exhaust, IMO, as it is comes with an H pipe instead of a Y pipe.

That said, you should probably test drive a Nismo or listen to one, if possible, so you will know if the exhaust is what you seek.
