Default 2nd Dry Run and change in route

We made our second Dry Run today, thanks Lyent and Oliver it was a blast and we have fine tuned the route. So everyone gets more twisties time. These Dry Runs are very important because you see obstacles and traffic that you would never see on the web maps. We found that there was going to be too much traffic (we pretty much knew that) on hwy 29. So the new route will take us on Silverado Trail to hwy 121 to Wooden Valley Road to I-80.

Silverado Trail takes you by the smaller scenic Wineries bypassing all the traffic on hwy 29. This road will let you take a break from the switchbacks on hwy 128 and let your equilibrium stabilize. Then back onto the twisties at hwy 121 bypassing Napa. This section of the run is a lot smoother road wise than hwy 128. Our last stop before saying our farewells will be at The Tower Market at Suisun Valley Rd and Rockville Rd

I will have a map up soon.

One more thing, the breakfast this morning at Putah Creek Café was absolutely the best!

Only two weeks away, can’t wait.
