It is not up to this forum, no, but per the states I know (Texas/New York) you would have lost your license for your driving incident at 3AM. My point of you re-evaluate your car of choice is not for you, but for the safety of others on the road. You clearly have demonstrated your ability to crash vehicles in unsafe & public locations, which now calls into question others safety. You picking to drive a non-sports car would benefit your safety and that of others on the road.
