So the last thing they're going to do is "collaborate" on how you could have done it better! As for not being selfish by posting what happened to you, I will give you that. Credit where credit is due. But the only way I see your post truly benefiting others is in its service as a cautionary tale. In other words, your post is valuable only in so far as it serves as an example of what NOT to do. Also, I know you're quite new to this forum, so you may not be aware of something. Namely, you're not the first person to post about wiping out their Nismo while trying to slide around, have some fun with VDC turned off, etc. Point being, a lot of the negativity stems from the fact that we're seeing a pattern develop with all these posts, a pattern that actually makes me wonder what is it about the Nismo that appeals to a demographic that appears to have a higher incident rate of irresponsible antics leading to crashes. So one could also argue that by posting your experience, you're also helping to further sully the collective reputation of Nismo owners. I mean seriously. Based on all the posts I've seen from Nismo owners wiping out, if I ever were to consider buying a used one, I think one of the first things I'd ask is "How many times has this thing been crashed into a curb?" Now, I don't know if you think I'm being a negative prick after all that, and it's okay if you do. But I'm just trying to be honest with you.
Finally a reasonable approach. As I said before, the only reason I posted it to prevent new accidents like this. Totally agree with you.
