Off topic, but people are driving 370Zs in the Florida and Arizona currently and I haven't heard specific issues in those temperatures. In fact, I recall a Florida guy getting similar engine temps while driving in 75-80 degree weather. I wouldn't worry too much about the overheating possibility unless you're driving very hard.
