You do realize that LTH's are a supporting mod and will only help both HP and TQ in a forced induction situation.

Besides F.I.'s LTH's have been shown to create more TQ than stock. Look up scavenging just a quick site I found

It really depends on how the headers are tuned. You have to remember that an engine is simply an air compressor, the more air you can feed it and get out of it the more power it will make.
