I didn't have mud guards so I can't answer that. I would guess not seeing how high up the top screw is located. I didn't pay for the painting, they hooked me up since I send them so much business. (I work at a dealership)

Thanks! I feel once you do this your obligated to get a larger rear spoiler to offset the side to side length. It does get rid of that curve at the lower part of the fender from the rear which I didn't like! Spoiler is on the way!!
