Distilled water is the best possible heat conductor (liquid). Just enough anti-corrosive anti-freeze needs to be added (Ethylene Glycol). In a relatively warm climate like So Cal or TX I would go for 80% pure distilled water, 20% Glycol. The standard up here in the cold parts is 50/50.
