I have installed probably 30+ systems at my shop and every one has left aligned. It is real simple, hold a level on the back of the X Pipe under the rear 3 bolt flanges. Hold it level while a second person tighten downs the exhaust system starting from the front to the back. Then install the rear 2 mufflers sections. When all of the hardware is in they will still have some rotation to them. This is what makes the cans go up and down. As the can rotate inward, it will go up. As the can gets rotated out, it will go down. Once you get the bottom front of the cans level, then shim the tip down if you have to.
