And like I said earlier in this thread, if they catch you in Freehold they make you appear in court and they send the bailiff out to check your car to make sure the tint has been removed. So you get docked the ticket + tint removal + court fee. You're playin with fire man, good luck! There were about 3-4 other people in court that day with me who were also paying tint tickets. That's when I finally said screw it for all around tint.

The only other town I've been pulled over for tint is Marlboro, but I was able to just pay both tickets online.

Oh and this is apparently a primary offense. I was stopped in Freehold only because I had tint on my front windows. The cop pulled behind me while I sat at a light at the loop around Freehold Mall. In fact he turned around after passing me sitting at the light. In pouring rain.
