I'm unaware of anywhere in texas where they do tailpipe emissions testing on newer vehicles, but i think its on a county by county basis. I plan to try with the LTH (and pick a good place to do it at), and if I ABSOLULTELY have to im keeping my stock cats and headers just in case.

edit: the car is going to noticebly smell like fuel regardless, so whoever is doing the inspection should prob not be an *******!
