All I can say is if you had a problem with the quote I would walk in and talk to Josh. I find most dealers regardless only talk serious when you're physically there in front of them. I was in there two consecutive days and took a test drive so he knew I was serious. I worked with him and I came out smiling, feeling like a champ!
